Despite the outcome, Lana Del Rey had a good time at the Grammys.

Correcting the record is Lana Del Rey. The singer said she had a good time at the 2024 Grammy Awards even if she didn’t win any prizes. Del Rey told followers she never experienced “[one] ounce of bad emotion” throughout the event in a recent Instagram remark. Her statement confirms rumors that she was disappointed that Taylor Swift won Album of the Year. Despite the speculations, it appears that the celebrity is not upset about the defeat and is just remembering the Grammys from this year with joy.

Is There Drama Between Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey?

At the conclusion of the performance, Swift won Album of the Year, sparking the start of the much-discussed “drama.” Swift made the decision to bring Del Rey on stage to accept her prize because she was featured on the album. Swift went on to praise Del Rey in her address, referring to her as a “legend” and a “legacy artist.” Most thought the exchange was adorable. Others, on the other hand, found Del Rey uncomfortable since she had to watch someone else win Album of the Year in front of her.

Fans also generally felt upset for Del Rey after having been repeatedly snubbed by the Grammys over the years. After the star lost in all five categories she was nominated in this year for Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, a fan showed their support for Del Rey’s latest album on Instagram with a lengthy post, which partially read:

“It’s hard to see something you love not get the respect it deserves” – locolanalove

Del Rey responded by revealing she was doing fine following the Grammys. She wrote:

“I genuinely enjoyed being there, I enjoy getting tea, hanging out, and seeing everyone. Get dressed up. During the whole award ceremony, I experienced not a single bad feeling. It was utterly hilarious and heartwarming.” – Lana Del Rey

Del Rey didn’t specifically mention Swift in her remark, but her answer should allays concerns about potential trouble between them.
