Late Johnny Wactor Hadn’t Communicated with His Ex-Fiancee Tessa Farrell in Several Years, Mother Says

Tessa Farrell, Johnny Wactor’s ex-fiance, is not welcome to speak with his family while the public and celebrities continue to grieve for him.

Although Farrell just shared an emotional response video to Johnny’s death, Scarlett Wactor, the late actor’s mother, informed TMZ in a piece published on Wednesday, May 29, that Farrell had not been in contact with Johnny or his family for a long time. Scarlett said that Johnny and Farrell had not communicated for at least two or three years.

On Saturday, May 25, Johnny, who was most recognized for playing Brando Corbin on General Hospital, was shot and died in Los Angeles. The next day, Scarlett told TMZ that her son had been shot during an encounter with individuals who were trying to take his car’s catalytic converter. A hospital later declared him deceased.

More information about the event was provided to the Daily Mail by Johnny’s brother Grant, who said that Johnny was escorting a female employee to her car following a shift as a bartender. Before being shot, Johnny is said to have sheltered his colleague and questioned the persons around his car whether it was being towed.

After learning of her ex’s passing, Farrell addressed the offenders with tears and made an impassioned case for stricter criminal laws in Los Angeles.

“I apologize, but you shot the wrong guy if you were the one who did this and you were watching. In a social media video posted on Monday, May 27, she said, “You know, you can get a real job, like I know the job market’s challenging, but we’re all in it together.” You know that you don’t have to steal? Take a life over it, in particular, because human life is ignored too [easy] folks. The community needs to alter in a few ways. We must get together and help one another. Given his abundance of abilities, it’s possible that Johnny is giving that to each and every one of us as his present.

Farrell talked about her relationship with Johnny while sporting what was once her engagement ring. She said, “We were friends at first and then kind of fell in love, and it was extremely fire, like, too fiery.” We exposed each other to our finest qualities as well as our worst sides. We sometimes kept in contact following our breakup, and I had the opportunity to watch him practice for a few of his General Hospital parts.

Near the end of her letter, she addressed Johnny directly, saying that she is “proud” of the person he has become and that she loves him “very much.” Farrell said, “This boy was a rising star and such a brilliant spirit to this earth.” “People’s fear of speaking up and doing the right thing cannot be the reason we must continue to lose things like this. And Johnny got up and always did the right thing. So let’s take a cue from Johnny and keep standing till the time is perfect.

“Unfortunately, it now has a different significance, but even so, I’m thankful that I still have it and my memories of him,” she remarked.

After the Wactors’ tragic accident, friends and family have come together to support them. Michaelle Kinard, Johnny’s godmother, started a GoFundMe page to help raise money so that his family can “travel the distance of 2,000 miles (the many times it may take) to take care of this heartbreaking business which they have been sentenced.” On Wednesday, Scarlett informed TMZ that her son’s remains will be transported by air to South Carolina, the family’s native state, and that an eventual memorial service would take place in Los Angeles.
