Jesse Palmer, who succeeded Chris Harrison as host for Season 28 in 2021 after the latter was sacked for contentious remarks he made in an Extra interview, will be back.

Following the hugely popular Golden Bachelor spin-off, the upcoming season will feature 32 women battling for roses and, eventually, Joey’s heart when they enter the Bachelor mansion. The first septuagenarian in the franchise, Gerry Turner, got a second shot at love with Theresa Nist in that season. Recently, the couple was married live on television.
The Bachelor’s inaugural episode will air on ABC tonight at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET for fans in the US.
