Maryland During a Monday visit to south Baltimore, Governor Wes Moore unveiled legislation aimed at combating poverty.

Moore was speaking about the ENOUGH Act at Life Church Ministries, which is located not far from the scene of the Brooklyn Homes mass shooting.
