A statement from the firm stated that more than 150 Hobart dishwashers were installed on Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas.
These consist of 42 hood-type, 15 utensil, 9 big conveyor, 7 rack-type, and 82 undercounter dishwashers.
“We are honoured to have been given the opportunity to install our warewashing system on board this magnificent vessel. HOBART’s warewashing technology is operating flawlessly, as verified by the U.S. Health and Safety authorities’ April inspection. This is evidence of the dependability of our products. We have been working with Royal Caribbean for many years, and our products are installed in a significant amount of its fleet. According to Florian Kimmig, global marine sales manager, HOBART warewashing technology is installed on about 90% of cruise ships worldwide.
The Icon comes with 60 Swiss-made ELRO cooking applications in addition to the warewashing technology.
